Why NITCO is my one and only forklift service & sales provider.

We had a small, local, one-man shop, service provider. Sure he worked cheap, but it always seemed that we had the same forklift problems. We were constantly having the same repairs done over & over again.

We switched to NITCO and signed up all of our material handling equipment for a PM program. After a few months we noticed that the old problems had gone away. The lift trucks were always running well. We even retired one of the 1980’s vintage trucks and leased a new Yale thanks to the great work of our NITCO sales rep.

The service techs sent to us are intelligent, personable, highly skilled and they get the job done quickly. We get the right tech for the job, whether it’s a computer adjustment or a radiator rebuild. They even PM our floor sweeper and shrink wrap machine.

We are so pleased with the service and sales expertise that we’ve leased-to-own a new JLG 32 foot scissor lift from NITCO and had had them install 3 new electric/hydraulic dock levelers.

At my previous employer, we brought NITCO in to get our PM program updated for a fleet of forklifts at several locations. They put a service tech on-site with a parts stock and reserved work area. Our program started off good and quickly got better. Old trucks were replaced with leased units and forklift problems disappeared.

In this economy you need the biggest bang for your buck. With NITCO you get what you pay for – good service.
