Order Picking Vehicles

NITCO offers a comprehensive line of order picking solutions from the leading manufacturers of materials handling equipment including Yale, JLG, Big Joe and Atlet.

The Yale OS is a full sized pallet picker with lift heights of up to 300” and excels in situations that require operator order selecting, picking and handling of various items in multi-level, narrow aisle applications while the Yale MPE is a low lift pallet truck with a Pick Assist feature and has an ergonomically designed top-mounted handle and hand rail buttons to provide intuitive control of travel, steering, lift, lower and horn. The throttle control includes both rotary and fingertip actuation to accommodate either walk or ride modes.

The JLG Dual Order Pickers and Maintenance Platform offer flexibility and dependability. The Models 12/15 SP are Push Around units with lift heights of 144” to 180”. The self propelled Models 10/15/20 MSP have lift heights of up to 240” while the Model 13 MSPT will lift to 156” and has a hydraulic powered storage tray.

The Mini Pallet-Picker model SSCM from Big Joe has a 2000 lbs capacity @24” load center and a lift height of 130”. The new Big Joe OP20/30 is a Dual Role forklift and Order Picker that can lift up to 650 lbs. @19” load center in Order Picking mode and can lift 2,000/3,000 lbs. a @ 24” load center in fork lift mode and has a 154” lift height. Big Joe’s Straddle Trucks include the reliable PDM and the PDI models; this series has many of the capabilities of a rider. Long duty cycles over multi-shift operations, capacity for heavy loads — up to 4,000 pounds — the ability to operate in narrow aisles and other congested areas not normally accessible to riders.

Atlet’s Tempo & ERGO series of low level pallet pickers feature a Hydraulic Operator Platform for picking at 2nd and 3rd levels while the ERGO series of medium /high level pallet pickers has a 2,200 lbs. capacity with lift heights of up to 300”.
