The Brudi Bolzoni Auramo Group was established when Bolzoni acquired both the brand BRUDI in Houston, Texas, and the company AURAMO in Finland, and merged all three operations together. The Brudi Bolzoni Auramo Group offers the widest product range in the market, supplying leading equipment for three specific handling applications and joining together the know-how of three different attachments manufacturing specialists.

The manufacturing facilities are located in Homewood, Illinois, where in addition to the Brudi push pull, they also manufacture integral and hook-on side shifts, fork positioners, and assemble carton clamps, multiple pallet handlers and parallel clamps for the American market.
